SMS Alerts Service — texter company messaging
This is a subscription-based Short Message Service (SMS) that delivers text message alerts to your mobile phone. By signing up, you authorize the texter company to send SMS alerts to the phone number you provide. Alerts may include information, updates, or commercial messaging based on your subscription plan.
Free Plan: No subscription fee. Messages are free to receive. Your wireless carrier may impose standard SMS rates for receiving messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Standard rates charged by your carrier for SMS delivery apply.
Message frequency is 1–2 per day.

Your alerts will be delivered through your wireless carrier's SMS network. Carrier charges may apply as determined by your wireless service provider. Standard network data rates apply.
By providing your mobile phone number, you are explicitly consenting to receive SMS alerts from the texter company. Your consent is in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). This consent remains valid until you unsubscribe by replying STOP to any message.
If you dispute a charge, contact your wireless carrier. Attempts to reverse legitimate charges may result in account suspension. Repeated chargebacks may result in legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS alert or email notification.
